What is home health care?

Elite Nursing Home Health Care offers a broad range of services to clients of all ages in the comfort of their own homes. We provide nursing care for short-term or ongoing care needs, ranging from basic wound care after surgery to complex, high-tech care. Our rehabilitation and therapeutic services include physical, occupational, and speech therapy.
We also provide assistive care services that help clients with self-care needs and household tasks so they can continue living independently at home. Elite specialty practices include home health, assistive care and pediatrics.
What kinds of nursing care does Elite Pediatrics provide?
Elite pediatric nurses have extensive training specifically with children, from newborns to adolescents. Our pediatric registered nurses (RNs) and licensed practical nurses (LPNs) provide services ranging from short-term recovery care to ongoing nursing care and high-tech tracheostomy and ventilator care.
Some of our other nursing services include: wound care, catheter care, asthma care, and respiratory treatments. Depending on your child’s needs, Elite Nursing Home Health can provide nursing care up to 24 hours a day.
